A dark golden amber gruit with a very thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light sage and roasted notes, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light sage, light mineral notes, light treacle and cereals, ok. On tap brewery.

First brew from Beau's Febrewary 2019 at Pints & Quarts. Hazy, deep amber colour with a beige head on the creamy side, just as the lacing is after a good retention. Beautiful spices in the nose, reminding me of well-blended ginger and cinnamon. The taste shows these spicy notes as well. A little stronger, but still well-balanced. This is where the sage starts showing a slight more with the leafy notes. The mouthfeel is nicely dry with almost a mintiness that is refreshing. I love sage, so you got me in the one. I love stuffing, and sage is the master. I love that Beau's has balls to do a beer with this. Great spiciness to warm us up on this big snow storm that is upon us.
