A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light chalky notes , nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous herbaceous Saaz hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Second beer from Beau's Febrewary 2019. This one had to walk to Atomic Rooster in the big snow storm to get it. Clean, light-golden colour with a small white cap and decent dirty lacing. Mild rusty water aromas with even lighter malts. That taste has a little more bite for a pilsner, with some decent spicy hops in the finish. The malts are still an undertone in here. The mouthfeel is on the dry side with decent crispiness. A decent Pilsner that wins in the mouth with its spiciness.
