On tap (or bottle) at Birreri Volo. Pours translucent gold with thin white head. Aroma has barnyard funk, bugs, esters. Flavour is funky with bugs and straw; some estery berry sweetness. Great saison.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light strawberry, banana esters, light acidic notes, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.
