Bottle pour at CBJ Tasting. Clear dark amber. No head. Aroma has waffle and booze.. underlying fruit. Flavourwise it's sweet and fruity with a waffle edge. Light-medium bodied. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

A golden mead with aroma of sweet honey, peanut butter and smooth vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity honey with light peanut butter and vanilla, alcohol warmth, light nutty notes lingering, very nice. On tap at meadery.
