(On tap @ Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen, Feb 7/19) Pours nearly opaque deep yellow-gold with a thick stable white head. Notes of lots of fresh mango flesh, moderately tart lactic yoghurt/lassi vibe, moderately high salt (especially comparing to most fruited goses), some fresh herbal notes, touch of citrus. Pretty juicy all the way through but finishes rather clean, salty and quenching. Medium-bodied, softly carbonated. Quite a nice change of pace to the fruited gose that's basically a Florida weisse by another name, and tasty.

A mango juice like gose with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity mango pulp with light lactic notes, light fruity esters, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mango pulp with light lactic notes, light acidity, very nice and refreshing. On tap at brewery.
