[ As Gun Strong Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, citrus, mango - orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity hops, citrus, caramel, mango - orange. Cask at CBC Giles, 02/12/16. Golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is pale malts, tangerine, melon, soft bread, straw. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, orange rind, peach, light bread dough, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with spattering of hop bitterness. Average for style.

Cask at CBC Holborn - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds light pithy citrus, orange rind, melon, mild pale bread. Light sweet flavour with notes of semi-ripe orange, grass, straw, nectarine. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with further grassy bitterness, rindy citrus, orange, tangerine. Good stuff.

Cask at Middle Farm Shop, Firle near Lewes, East Sussex. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium bubbly white head on top. Hoppy, fruity, sweet orange aroma. Tastes quite hoppy, fruity, orange, bitter/sweet. Bags of flavour in this one. Very nice, will seek this brewery out again.

Cask at the Queens Head, Brighton. Amber pour with a white head. Spice, vanilla and citrus in the nose. More of the same in the flavour. Nice, crisp bitter finish. Good.
