Bottled@VastActic&TBone hotel room, Helsinki. Yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is apples, mild acidicness and some wood. Flavour is sweet and dry apples with some hay, mild earth, yeast and a bit spicy notes. Very pleasant and actually quaffable.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ pre-HBF Hotel Room tasting ] - TBone - VastActiv room, Clarion Hotel, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Smiltenes Pussauss ].ABV: 7.0%. Clear sparkling, light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, tart apple, light earthy apples, light wood, pear notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart apples, apple skin, green apples, dry, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20170408] 7-3-7-3-14

750 ml bottle, thanks FatPhil. Poured light golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has pears, sweet apples. Sparkling, green apples, but some sweetness as well.

Sample from the bottle at hotel room in Helsinki. Thanks to Marduk! Colour is clear light yellow with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, apples and some sweetness. Some real cider juicy elements which I like.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at pre HBF2017 Saturday tasting, thanks FatPhil) The cider poured pale golden and clear. Aroma had apples, sourness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, apple, apple seeds and tartness. Aftertaste was sweet and tart. A rather nice cider.
