Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Black with a beige head. Aroma of full of tobacco. Roasted grains and dark chocolate underneath. Labeled on the menu as being a “Sherry Stout”—assuming this was aged in Sherry barrels!? Taste is mildly bitter with increasing sourness at finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, mildly oily. Pleasant drinking.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black. Tan head. Aroma is roasted malt. Breadish. Toasted dark malty. Breadish. Sweet malty. Lingering caramelish and roasted dark finish.
