Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Dirty, deep amber with a frothy head. Aroma of smoke, bandages, tropical bouquet. Taste is bitter with with increasing acridity at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Okay. I’ve yet to find the smoked ipa that really melds together for me.
