A unique twist on Modus Hoperandi, this citrus IPA is dry-hopped with a generous portion of Mandarina Bavaria hops and brewed with sweet orange peels.

Can from Booths Supermarket, Media City. Amber-orange with a frothy head. Citrus heavy with the mandarin best in its lingering aftertaste. There’s a low to medium citrus bitterness to the ale and a similar fruity nose.

Can from Whole Foods, Kensington, London. A very dark orange coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, malty, orange aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, orange, hint of pine and pretty bitter. Still a highly drinkable IPA and one that I'd buy again.

12 oz can found in my Son-in-Laws fridge (in Orange County, California) and poured into a Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass on 8th Dec 2017. Lovely colour, deep orange with a misty/cloudy look; a weak head sat on top. Dank, dry and fairly bitter hops rule the nose and taste with an orange/mandarine/satsuma/clementine/tangerine overtone. Liked it a lot more than some of the other 'orange flavoured' beers he got in for me to try while staying for a few weeks.

Amber with off white head - Fruity hop aroma - Malt body with a good fruity hop flavour with citrus that gives some bitterness - The hop citrus flavour and bitterness goes into a dry fruity finish - This was good

On tap at Patrick’s. It’s a hazy dark golden colored beer with a dense beige two finger head leaving lacing. Grapefruity, piney aroma with orange zest and a light bready malt touch. There’s a nice bitterness in the mouth, it’s not too sweet, and there’s a good dash of pine cones, grapefruit and orange zest. It’s full bodied and smooth, with a lasting bitter and fruity finish. Refreshing and tasteful, sure moreish. 170722
