While I don't remember this beer being available the last time I was here in French Polynesia (three years ago), it was everywhere this time - white can, easy to spot. Light pasty and slightly cloudy golden coloured body with a very small, single centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of coriander seed, light nutmeg, a dose of grass, but mostly hay, wheat and a very nice bready yeast - quite enjoyable in the scent. Light to perhaps Medium-bodied; Strong spicey flavour that definitely showcases the coriander seed, and also the nutmeg, light caster sugar sweeetness and of course, all the wheat - which is nice and fresh. Aftertaste shows some canned corn and a mellow dose of bubblegum, but aside from that, the nutmeg and yeast flavours dominate on the tail end without any offputting or funky notes at all. Overall, a nice and enjoyable, very easy-drinking beer that almost hits like a Hooegarden, but is a bit more mellow (read watery) with a dash of spices at the end that give this some good flavours. I sampled this 33 cL can purchased from Super U Are, in PaoPao, Moorea, French Polynesia on 28-July-2019 for XPF240 sampled in my hotel room in Moorea, French Polynesia with my three kids and wife, on a nice holiday on 30-July-2019.
