A golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with elderflower, coriander, and sea salt.
This beer is inspired by the lightly tart German wheat beers of the Gose style. We love the way Elderflower lends a balancing sweet floral dimension to the traditional subtle sour, salt and spice of this refreshing style. Enjoy with family!

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of strong coriander notes with some tart notes is really enjoyable. Taste is a great mix of strong coriander notes with some sea salt and light tart notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. One of my favorite beers from this brewer and love the balance between salt and coriander.

Bottle at Black Christmas 2018
Cloudy blond colour. Funky and footy aroma. I appreciate the mild sweetness, combined with the sourness.
Very good.

A golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light elder flower, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light buttery notes, grapeskin, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
