Brewer’s Notes: Based on the classic unfiltered Extra Special Bitter, this beer has a medium body with a clean, dry finish. Its flavour profile is balanced malt sweetness against the hop bittering. The profile is low. On the palate it shows caramel notes with a nutty middle and has a slight dark fruit and jamminess finish. Our ESB is best served a little warmer (10-15°C). 5.2% ABV. 32 IBU
Translation: Don’t let the word “bitter” scare you, its British for pale ale! Based on a classic unfiltered ESB, this beer has a medium body with a clean dry finish. Just the right amount of sweet and salty. This is the perfect around the fire nigh cap, the flavours really come out with a little warmth. 10-15 c is the pub perfect drinking temperature.

It's fine. Toasty bready malts, with decent toaste biscuit, middlingly sweet, with a even bitter finish. Yep it's a ESB. Draft at the brewery. No

A dark amber copper ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light nutty notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
