Cloudy pale straw color, with a medium white head. Subtle lemon rind, with a solid salinity in the nose. Nice mouth Feel, carb is good. Light bodied, crisp, and very sour at the end. A strong sour grip on my throat, with a solid salty, savoury finish. Hints of lemon, and grass, really interesting stuff.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with loads of Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice tart mix of lemon pulp and Epsom salts, light lactic notes, very nice and refreshing. Can from brewery.
