Last Ride Loganberry Saison is a tribute to the Crystal Beach Amusement Park, a waterfront destination from 1888 until the park's conclusion in 1989. For anyone familiar with the park we hope this beer may revive memories of riding the Comet and then grabbing an ice cold loganberry drink to cool off. Loganberry is one of the many things that made the Crystal Beach amusement park a unique summer destination and we taking that local drink to another level.
Last Ride combines an easy drinking summer beer with a local legend – Loganberry! Pouring a dull pink colour with a slight haze this beer will grab your attention right away. Ripe berries on the nose and a taste of fresh jam on lightly toasted bread finished off with some subtle esters from the Saison yeast. We hope a little piece of local history lives on through this beer.
