Draft: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium dark brown foamy head. Aroma of roasted malt with some bourbon notes with some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of roasted malt with some chocolate notes with rich bourbon notes, light oak with some sweet barrel-aged notes also perceptible. Body is full with nice creamy texture with light apparent alcohol notes. Super blend of different type of barrels.

A deep dark brown ale with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, molasses, plums, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with licorice, molasses, alcohol warmth, resinous hops, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.
