Pours a hazed copper-amber colour with a nice frothy-creamy beige head, good stay and very creamy lacing. Beautiful cherry nose with some red wine vinegar notes and hints of brown sugars, caramel. The mouthfeel is slightly tarty, woodsy. Wood notes also appear in the taste which takes over the sourness which is lighter here. Darker fruits flavours in the base. A decent bitterness and dryness. Quite a nice Flanders Red.

A dark reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light Brett, ground cherries, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. On tap at the Brother's Beer Bistro.
