A hazed blonde wit with a very thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sour wit with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice and refreshing. Bottle at OttBottShare April 2018.

(Tap sample @ Indie Ale House, Toronto, Jan 18/18) Pours clear pale gold with a tiny white head. Notes dominated by moderately tart white wine, with grapes, soft citrus, apples, lightly oaked, a little bit of lemony lactic vibe but not the sourest Berliner by a long stretch, long aftertaste of white wine. Relatively light bodied, with soft but spritzy carbonation. Dominated by the Chardonnay for sure, but quite drinkable, nice one.
