A well carbonated straw body with a pillowy white head. Grain, honey and lemon on the nose. the grain is front and centre in the taste profile. Citrus rind and lemon juice are punched up by the high level of carbonation. Honey holds it together and smooths out the aftertaste. Tasty but some tastes are a bit rough and green.

A hazed blonde pilsner with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light citrus and mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with German hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. Well done. On tap at brewery.
