A deep dark reddish brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light bourbon barrel notes, light clove and cinnamon, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with vinous notes, light bourbon barrel notes, alcohol warmth, light licorice, very nice. On tap at Hop The Beer Experience 2, DF.

On tap at Belmont Station, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out cocoa nibs, Belgian yeast, candied sugar and bourbon barrels on top. Flavour follows through, with lots of bourbon, sitting atop Belgian yeast, candied sugar and cocoa nibs. Nicely balanced, with a medium-high residual sweetness. Nicely done.

On tap at the 2017 HAF. Pours a reddish brown color with a medium white head. A big spicy yeasty nose. Cocoa, big vanilla and whiskey, some yeasty dusty base, a bit of berries. Quite nice.
