On tap at Isle de Garde, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is vert fragrant, with lots of brett and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, moderate brett, and crisp biscuity malt. Nice and rustic, without the brett being too prominent. Smells a bit more complex than it tastes, but it definitely is nice.

A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, perfumy and creamy notes, very nice and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, Curaçao, powdery character, nice and smooth. On tap at Isle de Garde.
