Gravity cask at the 2017 Cambridge Beer Festival. Golden, bright and clear, with a wisp of white head. Soapy aroma with hay, honey and a touch of astringency. Bittersweet herbal taste with a curious savoury note rounding the corner to the finish. More honeyed soapy medicinal notes in the finish. It’s ok, but I think I like the idea more than the execution thereof.
