Cask @ Head Of Steam, Leeds. Copper, clear with no head. It has a sticky-sweet texture and taste, and is hoppy to an extent.

Cask at the Head of Steam, Durham. Pours clear dark amber with a short lasting off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, biscuit, dark fruits and oddly a sherbet edge. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Tastes pretty good but aroma a little odd.
