Gravity cask at Cambridge Beer Festival 2015. Mid- to dark reddish brown, a bit of loose off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, wood, maple syrup. Taste is sweet at first, then rounds to a bitter fruity finish. Mouthfeel is thin but I suppose thatโs to be expected in this style. Pretty nice really.
