Sample from 75 cl bottle. Hazy pale golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with herbal sweet notes, yeasts and fruits. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes sweet with herbal yeasts. Didn't work for me.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, a dfruits, leading to a bitter finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight herbal. Mellow, herbal adn toasted. Bitter and smooth fruity. Dry and fruity finish.

Großartiges Blumen-Bouquet in der Nase, Tulpen, etwas Heu, vergorene Früchte, Rosenwasser. Im Trunk sehr trocken, deutliche Champagner-Noten, sehr matt, leicht bitter, dann wieder die Blumenwiese. Ein Hauch Honig, wenn man‘s weiß - dürfte aber deutlicher sein. Dennoch: Ein ausgezeichneter Vertreter dieses Bierstils. Herrlich komplex. Ein Bier zum philosophieren, sehr sehr geil.

Pours a slightly cloudy lemon yellow from a bottle, thick white head. Light honey aroma behind a lot of biscuit and lemon, similar flavor, medicinal bitterness. Good beer.

Day 6 of 12 days of tavour. Nearly took my arm off when I opened it from how lively it was. Great honey and spice flavor.

Draft at Whichcraft Tap Room. Hazy pale gold, white head. Aroma of tart fruit, funk, floral notes. Taste follows nose, with some sweet honey notes, hints of white wine. Good.
