Our Italian Pilsner was brewed exclusively with the heritage Ereclea malt that lends a rustic backbone to support the delicate hopping of Slovenian Celeia, German Saphir and American Sterling. Floral and noble in aromatics, this crisp lager will invigorate and refresh you palate through the heat of the summer.

Brewery draught, 10/26/25.
As pictured.
Not massively aromatic but what's the is excellent. Bright noble-like hop with big herb and soft floral notes. Snappy finish with more spare maltiness, though certainly not under malted. Very clean with light white bread and light, fresh herb lingering.
Snappy, interesting hop with some rich honey and big bread from the slightly chewy malt. Half floral half herbal. Honey and pepper balance each other on the long finish.

16 oz. can. Nose is light honey-ish malt and soft floral. Flavor follows with a nice mineral balance. Very soft floral bitterness that makes it end crisp. Very clean pilsner. Perfect to pair with a burger for lunch!

Can at home. Gold with bit of haze and a frothy white head. Nose is light herbs and florals touch of candy. Tastes of floral, grass, basil, coriander, some malt sweetness. Crisp and delicious.
