Canned 8/16/25, drunk 10/22/25.
Clear, brilliant golden-bronze with a large, well-retained, white head.
Bright and floral hops balance the authentic, rustic yeast. Honey, light dough and baguette deepen the maltiness. Luscious herbs and rich malts linger.
Balanced sweetness and bitterness from the big malts and rich hops. Not too bitter, nor dominant, but keeping the honey-drenched maltiness in check nicely. Authentic and flavorful with excellent balance and high drinkability.

4 oz draft. Appearance is very cloudy for a pils. Aroma and flavor are similar. Body and texture are a little bit grainy. Flavor has mild citrus and soft Saaz herb. Mildly crisp. Good.
