Lukr schnitt at the brewery, 5/18/25.
Clear, dark. Firm, beige head.
Rich, cocoa-laced base malts showing light honey, graham cracker and mild toast. Low roast. Clean with mineral and low hopping.
Chocolatey, a bit watery through the middle with a touch more toast/roast than base malt. Toasty finish with cacao notes and earth. Good attenuation and clean but I want a bit more malt depth.

16 oz can shared by tfontana, ty Tom. Flavor of burnt toast, cocoa, soft earth.. Balanced with a soft bitter hop. Quite crisp. With some lingering roasted notes. Proper body for the style.. very easy to drink.

Can from trade with Steve. Virtually opaque dark brown with creamy ring of head and trace lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, toffee, hint of nut and chocolate. Taste is strong, earthy roasted malt, toffee, hint of chocolate. Smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Excellent strength and decent complexity.
