Being located on Porter Rd it is only appropriate for us to make a porter a style enjoyed by us both! Our inaugural Porter is Deep Ebony in color with aromas of caramel, coffee, chocolate, and light bread crust reminiscent of a café. At first sip layers of toasted caramel, light coffee, and sweet chocolate flood the senses all wrapped up in a balanced soft medium bodied easy drinking beer.

Canned 12/8/25, drunk 4/6/26.
Fruity yeast with a good amount of roast. Smells like it will be quite dry but not overroasted. Dusting of cocoa, raisin, prune. Clean.
Nice and malty. Not as dry as expected, though still dry, of course, because these guys don't make gross, sweet beer. Chocolate, raisin, prune, but not overdone on the dark fruits. Same with the roast character. Mostly just an easy-drinking, flavorful beer with a good texture, attenuation, and very clean.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Dark brown/ mahogany, thin head fading to ring, light lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, cocoa. Taste is strong roasted earthy malt, coffee. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation & dry finish as taste. As it should be.

16 oz can in a trade tfontana from the brewery, thanks Tom. Flavor has a decent chocolate malt backbone. Bitter chocolate comes out through some hop presence. Coffee notes noticeable as it warms up. Decent.
