Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Caramel and Peanuts

This barrel-aged imperial stout is dedicated to Clu Haywood, one of the most feared sluggers of the late 1980s. Brewed with peanuts and caramel, then aged in bourbon barrels, Clu Haywood's Imperial Stout is as imposing and formidable as Clu's Trademark mustache and sneer.

500 ml shared by Chalumeaux from the Catador Club. Aroma is boiled peanuts and soft bourbon. Flavor of chocolate, peanut and d long lasting bourbon after the sip. It is close to a snickers bar dipped in bourbon. Real good!
