A loght, salty gose. Some palate, a little salt but not a lot here. Easy drinking anyway.

(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours a hazy yellow gold with a white head. Notes of grainy, slightly bready malt, lemon zest, lactic yoghurt, coriander, some other light herbal/dried flower notes, touch yeasty, moderate salt bite, lightly to moderately tart with a fairly dry close, quite low herbal bitterness, touch mineral. Light to medium bodied, softly carbonated. Not quite sure how this hit 7.5% given its light refreshing feel, but it's Cascade. Solid 'traditional' gose.
