16 oz. can. 2023 with Cascade. Aroma is mild citrus, and soft pine. Flavor shows very mild. Baked bread with lemon and subtle pine like hop. Bitterness is low and shows a real crisp texture. Simple and straightforward. Yet, refreshing.

On tap at Rustico in Ballston, pours a clear gold with some white head. Grassy nose, lemon, some soap, simple grist. Flavor is green and grassy, lemon and some grapefruit now, cracker. Finishes dry with a hit of bitterness. Very, very drinkable.

Pours a lightly hazy, pale golden-yellow, with smallish, fast-dissipating head. Aroma is very grassy, with malt and a touch of pepper. Flavor is grassy, bready, malty, with some citrus elements and a spicy, peppery touch.

Sample at the taproom. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and grassy hops. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, fruit and yeast. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
