Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Mother Kellyโs Stokey. Pours lightly hazy gold with a fizzy, fading white head. The aroma holds tangy lemon, wheat biscuits, soft funk. Light sweet flavour with a little buttered biscuit, pale grain, low acidity, more lemony tartness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish, with a little dryness, more wheat, some salt, tart lemons. Not bad overall.

Can at home, 18/02/17. Hazed orange golden with a well appointed off white head that retains well. Nose is sharp lemon curd, white peppery spice, damp hay, lightly smoked straw. Taste comprises sharp lemon, toasted grains, straw, light salt licks, funky undertones, damp cloth, hint of green berry funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light puckering effect. Solid refreshing Gose.

Keg from Draft House Tower Bridge. Cloudy light yellow. Not a lot of visible carbonation. Sour lemon smell, some slight seawater notes and a hint of soap. Massive lemony taste, tart with lots of salt. Goes down sour, with a thin body and just enough carbonation to give it oomph. Top gose. Surprisingly top gose.

330ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, thick, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, white head. Spicy aroma, notes of salted lemon. Taste is moderately tart, salty, spicy, notes of salted lemon. A bit restricted and monotonous, but highly drinkable and - well, yes - pretty damned delicious.

Can at Crate. It pours cloudy bright gold with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is bready malts, cereal, farmyard, cracker, sweet lemon, lemon curd and salted cracker. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, sour lemon, sherbet, good mouth-pucker, salty, funk and some citric acidity with a dry, salty finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty refreshing stuff. Nice one.
