Brewery draught, 10/26/25.
As pictured.
Leafy, earthy, peppery hop with mild citrus and mild, but aromatic pine. Light but ample malts with no big toast or anything like that.
Soft, malty, spicy, piney and citrusy but with low bitterness for the WC style and no resin. Flavorful and spicy. Maybe a bit burly, bready, malty, but the flavors are certainly there.

16 oz can. Aroma has bold scallion, grass, and herb. This reflects the base beer of the non-double dry hopped. A little bit of toffee malt with the bold mosaic characteristics. Azacca shows mild pine and adds dankness. I loved this in 2015. However, these days I’m not sure this is my thing.

Pours deep clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Tangerine and pine aromas. Sweet with dark caramel, pine and mango upfront turning to hot pith in the lasting finish.
