BIAB Sample from 29th Sussex Beer & Cider at Brighton, courtesy of Grumbo. Many thanks Graham! Clear yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of sulphur, apple, green apple, straw. Taste is light sweet and tart, green apple, apple core & skins, with alittle acidity. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry lightly tart finish. Quite OK.

22/3/2019. From bag in a box at the 29th Sussex Beer & Cider Festival, Brighton. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apples and semi-sweet apple juice, hint of wood and grass. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Some dryness to finish with light sweetness.

Gravity dispense (bag-in-box) @ [ EBF21 2015 ], 21th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Uncle Stoat´s Cider ].ABV: 6.0%. Light unclear light to medium yellow - green colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sulfur, tart apples, sour apples, sweet apples. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidi with a long duration, sweet apples, tart, apple skin, green apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat.
