4 oz. pour on tap at Keep NH Brewing fest. It's a cloudy light brown with finger-width white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is funk, fruity esters, wheat, tart fruit. Taste is mildly smoky, more sweet than tart funk. Mouthfeel is typical for style. Overall, OK but not as interesting as other Canterbury offerings today.

5 ounce draft at “Keep NH Brewing”. Aroma is wheat, minerals, earthy hops. Flavor follows. Certainly an interesting character.
