Black, with a small, tan head. The aroma is chocolate malt, light chipotle, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and toffee. Sweet and dusty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium body, chalky, and bit hot, and clean. Quality, fun, and interesting.

Pours black with a small tan head. Smells of chocolate and spices. The flavor is sweet and full of chocolate and spices. Heat is mild. Quite enjoyable.

Pretty good straight across the board. Mexican hot chocolate stouts lend themselves more effectively to an imperial ABV, but this one’s not bad, with notes of bitter chocolate and cinnamon on top of a modestly sweet vanilla-tinged base. Dries out on the back end with lingering cocoa and a touch of chili on the finish. Good not great but very drinkable.

First beer rated on Brewver.
Loads of cinnamon. Cacao, light roast. Thin body. Black pour with mocha head and lacing. Light bitter end but really just kind of fails. Can from Courthouse Brew Shop advent calender.

pours big and black with no head. Nose is cinnamon forward. First taste is spicy, like peppers but not too hot, just a little warmth. More like a pastry stout than a milk stout. A little boozy near the end. Decent co2 throughout.
