From the 2018 Leicester Beer Festival. As 'Green Valley Rum Cask', 8.2%. Reddish gold, clear, flat. Woody, appley, rummy and strong alcohol aroma with hints of pear and spice. Strong and boozy taste with a dry oaky finish. Apple juice and rum in the aftertaste. One of the best ciders I've had in a while.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival, Oxon, 08-05-09 Pours hazy gold with rum evident straight away on the nose. There is a slight artificial taste about this, although good tangy apple flavours do rescue it considerably. It reminded me a little of Rum Baba and also some long forgotten sweets, its ok.
