[ As Way Barrel Aged RIS ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, spices, perfume, vanilla - almond essence. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, chocolate, roasted, spicy, perfume, vanilla - almond essence. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Draught at MBCC, Blue session. Black body, naked surface, minimal lacing. Chocolate malty nose, hints of earth. Taste of cocoa powder, dark dough, molasses and coffee. Lingering ending with warmth from the alcohol. Sipper qualities, overly sweet though. (Copenhagen 12.05.2017).
