Bottle at WTF 6. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt, wood, vanilla, cocoa, bourbon. Slick body, roast, vanilla, oak, licorice, boozy finish, very nice.

Sample at What The Funk!? on 10/04/2017. Black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Small patches of lacing. The aroma consists of bourbon, chocolate, malt and coffee. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, vanilla, coffee and chocolate. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2017. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of dark grains, roasted malts, bourbon with touches of chocolate and coffee supporting. Flavor has dark grains, roasted malts, dark chocolate and bourbon with a touch of coffee coming through.

[ As Bell's Bourbon Barrel Aged 30th Anniversary Stout ].Clear dark red - black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, bread, chocolate, wood, bourbon, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, bread, bourbon, dark malt, wood, alcohol, chocolate - roasted.
