Clear pale from a can. Nose is mild odd hops. First taste is better than I thought it would be, was expecting some kind of piercing pils hops or at least something like an IPA but it ain't. No BO on the nose and no rude ass hops on the tongue! How could this be simcoe? Just asking. A really different kind of pilz if you ask me. A little bit of IPA hops and yet still some pils sharp bite. But what-ever. Something different, I guess.

7 week old can A: Bubbly clear gold with a thick beige head. Very good retention and patchy lace. S: Bread dough and wafer cookies with hay and green herbs. T: Sweetness prominent up front with notes of wafers and honeysuckle. Biscuit malts then lead into grass, pine and herbs. M: Crisp and pretty light with oily coating on an otherwise dry finish. O: Good in all aspects even if a bit sweet, but I really don't find it exceptionally hoppy.
