Gose is a traditional German beer that is brewed to be sour and salty, like a jaded taxi driver, only tastier. This kettle-soured delight is a feast for the senses. Pink, but a manly dark pink, this beer beckons the drinker in with a visual siren’s call. Hints of coriander and lactobacillus (the sour stuff) waft to the nose. U.S. Beer Open (USA 2017)

Intense soured plums. Cloudy dirty gold with a small white head. Soured fruit and an earthy note. Dragon fruit is hard to work with so no surprise this isn’t executed well.

Dark pink color with light pink foam, fades quickly. Taste is excellent, balance of salty, spicy, sour gose flavor and tropical fruit providing a little sweetness, like a sweet tart.

Beautiful red. Aroma is dragon fruit oat cereal wheat also cranberry. Too much muesli. Taste is sour fruit with slight sweetish counterpoint. Salt stays in the background. Again muesli in the finish. Still drinkable and tasty. Could have a little more body. Sour finish. Nothing wrong.

On tap at 3rd Culture Brewing Co. Pours the most fantastic colour of any beer I've ever seen with a bright pink body and a light pink fluffy head. Sour, little salty, lots of sweet fruitiness, an unmistakable dragonfruit finish. Nice carbonation. Fantastic.
