Gose is a traditional German beer that is brewed to be sour and salty, like a jaded taxi driver, only tastier. This kettle-soured delight is a feast for the senses. Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours hazy red with a light pink head. Aroma of wheat, light yeast, light sourness, tart fruit, dragon fruit. Flavor is light sour, wheat, yeast, tart fruit, dragon fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 120517

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - pours red with a white pinkish head. Tropical fruity and malty with notes of exotic fruits, berry fruity, some lychee, kiwi, dragonfruit, with some grassy hoppy notes, light body and carbonation, yeast, pinch of salt, dry fruity finish.

Tap sample. Tasted on the 12/05/2017 at MBCC (Copenhagen). Light pink colour with a thin pink head. Aroma of passion fruit, lactic, strawberries, medium fruity. Taste is medium fruity too, sour, slightly lactic. Finish is intense fruity and tarty. Smooth and lovely finish. Next one please!
