Bottle, 11%. Refreshing and citric aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is nicely citric, slightly funky with a good bitterness. Quite nice, albeit a bit sweet.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with rocky but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops with clear vinous and salty notes and touches of yeast. Sweetish flavour of malt and fruit, with notes of herbs and hops and some funky touches. Lingering, bitter and salty aftertaste Warming alcohol presence. Good. My rating #3400.

Draught @ Fairbar, Århus. Pours light hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruit, peach, pine needles, alcohol. Flavor is light bitter, malt, yeast, pine needles, fruity hops, peach, grapes, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish with some warming alcohol. 121214

On tap at Christian Firtal. Hazy orange with a big white head. Good classic saison aroma, with spicy-herbal hops, citrus, pepper notes, and and phenols. Sweet, alcoholic flavour with notable yeasty phenols, some spice, and hot alcohol in the finish. Obviously too strong for it?s own good, this is no Avec Les Bons Voeux...

Draught Hazy golden colour with white head. Aroma is spicy and fruity with taste of lemon and yeast, lively mouth feels and good not’s of exotic fruits and yeast.
