At aq tasting, thanks fonefun, small bubbly head, very cloudy deepish orange color, aroma of apricot and citrus with yeast and bread in back, flavor of ripe fruits, mainly apricots with almonds and some mustard coming through, quite sweet but not cloying with a light pleasant sourness balancing the light alcoholic presence alcohol, making it feel not to heavy for the ABV. Really nice and enjoyable, fun to sip slowly.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-Christmas Tasting. It pours hazy gold with a thick white head. The nose is toasty, bitter - sweet, icing sugar and candied citrus peel. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, icing sugar, wood, straw, toasty, warming alcohol, candied citrus peel, white sugar and sticky sweetness with a sweet finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Very sweet and sticky. Also becomes cloying after a while. Not for me!

Bottle split at Chriso pre Xmas tasting, 06/12/15. Clear golden with a decent off white covering that retains well. Nose is sprucey wood, lemon rind, bitter citric peel, vanilla, caramel. Taste comprises orange, spice, pale malt, toasted bread, mandarin, apricot. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with a modicum of funk. Ok saison if a touch sweet in places.
