A Czech-Style Pilsner that was cold fermented and lagered for many weeks. Hopped entirely with Czech Saaz. We get notes of bready pilsner malt, fresh cut flowers, white tea leaves, and soft minerality.

Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma of yeast, bread, some grainy notes. Taste has mellifluous notes, biscuits, bread, some floral yeast. Palate has more of that same floral yeast, sits well on the nose, fairly crisp finish, more light Pilsen notes. Great.

Brewery lukr, 4/25/25.
Clear brass. Small, white head.
Not super aromatic, though it is served very cold. Some Czech yeast giving off plaster and basement/earth with a bit of white grape and a mix of honey and fresh biscuit. What's there is well-done and clean.
Bright and richly-hopped with a pleasing maltiness and dry finish with lovely yeastiness. Biscuit, herb, flower, honey. Dainty, flavorful and clean.

16 oz. can in a trade tfontana. Thanks Tom! Aroma shows cracker malt, some honey-like grain and herb. Flavor has subdued hops, hay and crisp cracker malt. Crisp texture. Spot on a American pils and very drinkable.
