Pours dark brown into a tulip. Mocha pancake head with little retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Bananas flambe and fudge aromas. Medium bodied with sweet chocolate syrup, banana and a touch of peanut butter front to back. Lasting sweet nutty espresso finish.

Next tap during my solo excursion in between us doing touristy things. Dark, opaque, light lace. Caramel-y, mixed toasted nuts, rich sugar nose. Heavy cocoa & vanilla. Semi-astringent, coconut oil, malty peanuts. Solid.

On tap at the Bar Harbor location. Pours dark brown with a small beige head, good lacing. Dark malts, chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, coconut, vanilla. Tasty

Can (11/9/23) pour from Lighthouse Liquors. Opaque dark brown with nice sparkle, head fading quickly to a ring. Aroma is roasted malt and peanuts, milk chocolate, hint of banana. Nice roasty peanuts up front, hint of banana, a little too sugary sweet on the back end. Smooth, moderately thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Alcohol well hidden as advertised. A good PB stout. Aroma/flavor could have stronger peanut and banana and a little less lactose.

Can. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich peanut butter, banana, roast malt, caramel, chocolate and hops. Nice sweet peanut butter finish.

16 oz can. Aroma shows a good amount of peanuts, roast, chocolate. The strength of the flavor is really nice. Banana is like a soft sugar nuance. Thick body with a smooth texture. Really good.
