Our flagship IPA, Extra pale malt, carapils, wheat and oats. Hopped with Citra, Simcoe Mosaic and Amarillo at the end of the boil. American West Coast yeast. Dry hopped late in fermentation with Citra and mosaic, giving a clean citrus hop flavour.

Can bought at The Brewers Tap, Southsea. Aroma is soft and fruity with a woody edge and citrus. Hazy-opaque gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Medium bitter. Resinous. Grainy. Low key stone fruit edge. Underlying chewy if unintrusive malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Prickly. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. West Coast IPA territory from the South Coast. Maybe more of a Mountain/Downs IPA.
