16 oz. can. Aroma is purely lime. Flavor is, as you would expect lime with a mild bread hint. Light body with a crisp finish.

Month old pint can A: Poured quite a deep dark orange gold for the style with a big frothy beige head that quickly fell flat. S: Honey, graham cracker, and faint tart lime show before the usual dry vinous fruit notes are noticed. T: Goddamn! OK this is wrong. Puckering lime obscures everything. M: Who cares, this is all fucked up. O: Hey Birdsong, next time you make a gose just call it a fucking gose.
