Demi-Sec, a French wine term for "semi-dry" is a double dry hopped New England IPA conditioned with Sauvignon Blanc grape must and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc and Citra. This beer pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium body and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. We like to think it tastes like fresh white peach, gooseberries, and subtle notes of lemongrass.

16 oz can. Date: 11/21/22. Aroma is soft malt with a blast of white grapes. Flavor has a soft malt backbone with a mild current of herb under a bold amount of white grape. Very soft bitterness with a dry texture. Extremely well constructed. I love this!
